You tap the ingredients you have. Plenty matches them against its own library of meals, on your phone, and shows the ones you can make now.

Every meal combines foods with protein, fibre or healthy fat. You can also pick how much time you have, and hide meals with Dietary exclusions in Settings.

No. Plenty doesn’t know about allergies, intolerances or medical conditions. Dietary exclusions in Settings hide meals with things like dairy, eggs, gluten, peanuts or shellfish, but always check labels yourself.

Tell us which one and what it should be. Email support@pexelerate.com, or in the app go to Settings, then Support, then Something is wrong with an ingredient.

No. There’s no sign-up and no account. What you tap stays in the app’s storage on your iPhone. With Pro, your shelf can follow you to your other devices through your own iCloud, still with no account.

Point your camera at the fridge and Plenty fills My kitchen for you. Free includes five of these a month, and Pro lets you use it as often as you like.

It asks before anything is sent. The photo goes to Google’s Gemini API through our server, and a list of ingredients comes back. Plenty doesn’t keep the photo. Tapping by hand sends nothing. The privacy policy has the details.

Go to Settings, then Export my data. You get one plain text file with your ingredients, the meals you made and your settings. The photos behind your stickers stay on your phone.

Go to Settings, then Delete everything on this device. It removes your ingredients, your shelf and stickers, and your settings. It can’t be undone.

We don’t hold your data on a server. The only thing kept there is a camera usage count that isn’t linked to you. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel Pro, so cancel that separately.

Go to Settings, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.

Go to Settings, then Manage subscription. Or open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the period ends. Pro stays on until then.
